Custom Rug Orders

  • Custom rug orders require specific details such as size, color, and design preferences. Ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
  • The custom order will be sent for production only when the payment has been made by the customer.
  • Custom rugs have a production time of 3-5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
  • Custom rugs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive with defects or errors from our end.
  • A 15% variation in finishing and colors is not considered a defect, as each piece is handmade and unique. 
  • A 2-3% variation in size is within the acceptable range for the products and is not considered a defect.
  • You will receive a design proof before production begins. Approval is required to proceed with custom orders.
