Since each rug is custom-made and hand-tufted, please allow 3-4 weeks to ship your product. After that, delivery times will vary based on your location.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for rugs that arrive damaged or defective. Custom-made rugs cannot be returned for other reasons. Please contact us with unpacking video and photos of any issues within 2-3 days of receipt.
If your rug arrives damaged, please make an unpacking video of the product and packaging, and send it to us at support@derugdealer.com. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Yes, slight variations in size (2-3%) and color (up to 15%) are normal due to the handcrafted nature of each rug. These variations add to the uniqueness of your rug and are not considered defects.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use this number to track your product’s delivery status.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. The additional costs for international shipping are to be borne by the customer. Currently, we are based in India, and all orders shipped within India are free of charge.
