- It’s normal for rugs to shed a bit at first. Avoid brushing or scrubbing
- Use a light touch of vacuum cleaner to clean and avoid the beating brushÂ
- Clean any spillage by dabbing immediately with a clean cloth rather than rubbing
- Trim loose threads with scissors instead of pulling them
- Use furniture protectors under heavy furniture legs to prevent damage
- Roll your rug for storage rather than folding it to maintain its shape
- Keep your rug dry and away from damp areas

- A 10% variation in finishing and colors is not considered a defect
