Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective cushion covers. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

At DeRugDealer, every product goes through a 4-step quality check before dispatch to ensure high standards. Minor variations in color, texture, or finishing ( up to 3–5%) are natural and not considered defects.

If you receive a product with visible damage, stains, or a variation beyond acceptable limits, please record an unpacking video and share it with us at derugdealer@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
